Return
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your product. After confirmation of your cancellation by Dutch Design Cufflinks, you have another 14 days to return your product. The costs for returning the product are at the customer’s own expense.
When using your right to cancel the order, the product must be sent back with all delivered accessories, unused, in original state and in the original packaging.
To be able to use this right you have to fill in and sign the form below and send it by post or email. We will transfer the purchase amount, including shipping costs, back within 14 days after receiving the product back with all delivered accessories, unused, in original state and in the original packaging and with a signed copy of the cancellation form.
Warranty
During the ordering process you have agreed to the product specific terms and conditions. In the product specific terms and conditions we explain how to take care of your cufflinks to assure that they stay in good shape as long as possible. Warranty is applicable until one year after purchase but only if you have followed these care instructions, and met all other terms and conditions. After consultation with us you will receive instruction and final conditions under which your product can be sent back for repair.
To make a claim on your warranty please send us an email at info@dutchdesigncufflinks.com, including a complete description of the damages, and the situation under which these occurred, including photos if possible.
